For more than 12 years, we have been driven by a deep passion for coffee. We decided to open our own roastery to share our perspective on specialty coffee.
For us, roasting is a science that unites flavor, technique, and creativity to bring out the coffee’s true identity.

The name “SEDO” comes from Latin, meaning to take a break, calm down, and rest. We believe that even a short pause - with a truly good cup of coffee - can enrich your day and make that moment feel more meaningful.
